Large and easy to stay in

A couple bedrooms had no external Windows but they do go into an atrium

As described - very spacious and well located in Teneriffe.

Small details need some attention. The property had no kitchen cloth and tea towel. The pillows had seen better days and the bedding had some stains. The carpark is not suitable for large cars with small spaces and many poles.

The location is great for cafes and public transport particularly the ferry! The apartment is so spacious and the beds were really comfortable.

Unfortunately our stay was made really uncomfortable by the lack of sound proofing. We had to try and continuously silence our children aged 5 and 3 due to the unreasonable expectations of noise levels by some of the neighbours and the building management who also took it upon himself to confront me when I was with my children which made me feel incredibly stressed. We were not loud at unreasonable hours and during the day when the kids would have been noisy due to being kids it was within the apartment and quite literally the middle of the day. The fact that a neighbour knocked on the door at 4.30pm in the afternoon to tell us we needed to be quiet highlights how ridiculous the expectations are… our host however was amazing at communicating with us and also was apologetic. I would suggest that this accommodation is not suitable for families with young children or louder people in general.
