Location was excellent. Property was large and spacious. Kitchen amenities and toiletries provided were good for an Airbnb style stay.

Checkin: Correct Lockbox code was not provided before checkin - which led to us waiting in the cold in the evening outside with luggage after a long days travel. Property responded relatively quickly but was frustrating. Checkout: Lockbox code changed the morning of checkout leading us to miss our departing taxi we had ordered and paying a cancellation fee. After waiting 45 minutes and trying to get in touch with the property for the lockbox code we consequently missed our breakfast booking which also incurred another cancellation fee. We were forced to leave the key in the letterbox. Facilities: a single shower on the highest floor for a three bedroom villa spread across 4 levels is insufficient. Having to climb upstairs and downstairs to use the toilet or shower was difficult for my elderly parents. An additional shower installed in the basement would have been a good idea. Finishes: While recently renovated and very clean, the floors and stairs were very hard concrete with a thin layer of carpet. Given the property extended over 4 floors and shoes could not be worn inside this was very hard on the knees. My elderly parents experienced joint and back pain. Exposed metal on the stairs led to bruising of our toes - with the flights being steep and without railings in parts being unsafe in my opinion. Would not recommend this place for small children or the elderly.
