The apartment is in a great location and features a well-equipped kitchen. It offers fast internet, a lovely view, and access to a washing machine on the same floor.
Upon arrival, the internet required setup as it was not functioning. The room had not been properly cleaned, and I discovered small, sharp metal fragments in the carpet. Additionally, the bathroom toiletry dispensers were empty.

Carpets need to be replaced. As you walk in the door there is a large tear in the carpet.

Location, free parking, no hidden or extra fees
They forgot our parking pass and we paid $50 for the first day and still couldn’t figure out how to do refund. Booking .com has a bug to contact to customer service. Also cleaning could be better, dirty windows and floor made me unhappy.

There are cooking supplies and full size fridge for those who wants to do some cooking. Free parking.
Many. Very difficult to open or close the entry door due to the door and frame rubbing against each other. The slide door to balcony also very difficult to open or close. Barely see the ocean from inside the room and a little glimpse of the ocean view from the balcony. Housekeeping did not clean the bathtub well thus had a bad foul smell from the clogged material at the drain. I ended up having to removing those nasty stuff myself. BTW, no hangers in the closet.
