Отличное местоположение, если есть транспорт, очень стильная вилла для проживания с семьей или компанией друзей
Мы были одними из первых гостей, вилла была не готова принимать гостей. На матрасах не сняли пакеты, к тому же, они были жесткими. Не хватало посуды, лежаков около бассейна, было многовато муравьев, у бассейна не было лестницы (!!!). Из-за этого мой сын поцарапал живот об плитку, когда вылезал, а беременная жена не могла вылезти без посторонней помощи

The villa was beautiful everything was high standard. Rooms were all ensure and very large with excellent air-conditioning. Linen was clean and beds were comfortable. The outside area was beautiful. Staff were very accommodating extremely easy to contact and responded immediately to any requests we had.
The location may be a little rural but a good taxi service is cheap and not far to beautiful kata and other central places. 10 minute walk is a great local restaurant.

The villas themselves were spacious, with four bedrooms each, and everything was brand new. Some positive aspects were that the housekeeper provided fresh towels every day and regularly brought drinking water as promised. The location was quiet and suitable for a relaxing family trip, and there was a large, convenient parking area.
Cleanliness was below expectations, the mattresses were still covered in plastic on the first night, and several basic amenities were missing. Communication was also difficult, as only one housekeeper with limited English was available for both villas.
