Excellent location, right next to chateau tanunda. Easy walk into town, great central location to shops and coffee. Lots of facilities. Great value for the price. Seems like a lot of longer term residents there which it would be well suited for.
It’s a bit tired and could use a bit of maintenance to spruce it up. It wouldn’t hurt to have a cleaning and maintenance team do a regular clean and spruce it up a but for a short stay it was excellent. One shower had no hot water or water pressure but I went to the next cubicle and it was fine. Super happy I got a decent shower!

Close to Chateau Tanunda and close to supermarket. Darren the manager was very friendly and I enjoyed having a chat with him.
Could do with a big Spring clean. Long term tenants need to clean up after themselves a lot better. Place is in need of a big refresh.
