Good location with excellent views veranda and spacious comfortable villa and clean.
Paid for change of linen etc as a lengthy stay and cleaners very pleasant and excellent service .
Staff helpful with information regarding area and activities.
Sliding door to veranda sticking informed management but no action taken over 4.5 weeks .
Major dampness problem in wall of main bedroom with fungal growth . Informed management who offered refund if I wanted to leave but not practical.
Had to move bed so not sleeping underneath . Potential health issue.

The surrounding of the house is amazing - peace, quiet, with the stunning ocean view. Even your car has the prettiest parking space in its life :).
The house is fully equipped. All the beds are absolutely comfortable.
The stuff is nice and helpful and always ready for help.
The lack of dishwasher was an inconvenience during our stay. Due to Madeira's climate (I suspect), the plaster is crumbling in some places.
