The staff were polite and addressed our complaints. The lady at reception, Nkem, has excellent customer service skills. The place was clean and well-decorated.
The room was a bit too small.

Pros:
- great location in Lekki phase 1
- Clean environment
- Friendly gate staff
- Constant light
- AC worked very well
- Hot water and a good shower size
Cons
- Rude female staff
- Access code to get into the gate of the estate property after 10pm. If you get there after 12am you need a new code and sometimes they don’t pick on time
- Toilet seat was bad which could injure
- Really small space even for one. Was really really small I would recommended to stay here for only 1 night and with minimal luggage
- For the price per night was expensive given the size of the room
I won’t be going back there even is they were offering a free night and I stayed only one night.
