The location was convenient to where we needed to be, though somewhat isolated from shops and transportation. The staff in the lobby area was very attentive and helpful.

Room access pad was difficult to use (got locked out twice). Narrow (double?) beds very tight for all but children or short adults. Bathroom features were lacking: shampoo rack in shower is very flimsy, making it impossible to dispense soaps without rack collapse. The last 2 days of my stay, our Internet service was cut off, claiming lack of payment of some charge (they finally acknowledged it was an error, but no Internet). No essential service for the room, such as towel replacement,disposing of trash or resupply of toilet paper. And to add to this, we booked the rooms at an $83/night quoted rate, but they added the 21% VAT and claimed the correct price was the bigger amount and Booking.com had advertised it incorrectly. I would like the 21% to be refunded , but RentUp doesn’t seem to be willing to do so. I am hoping Booking.com will help and secure the refund to this loyal customer.
