The place is extremely overpriced and located far from the city center. I’m giving it a positive-star rating, but not less, because they allowed us to check in earlier and made the check-in process convenient.

This house exudes a negative energy. My computer inexplicably stopped working, something that never happened since I purchased it. I had to spend a hefty $600 to have it repaired at a nearby shop. Subsequently, I fell ill. While resting my head on the sofa, a piece of furniture with a large glass panel on top, which was not part of the sofa and was not securely fastened, fell behind me. It nearly resulted in my head being cut by this improvised guillotine. I cut my arm when I fell. I can’t help but wonder who had the “brilliant” idea of placing a large glass panel under pillows, atop a piece of furniture that wasn’t even part of the sofa, and making it easily fall if someone leaned on it, potentially causing serious injury or even death. The code to enter the place is so easy to put that anyone can guess it, which didn’t make us feel safe. In addition, someone tried to enter while we were there, after ringing the bell, which means they don’t communicate properly between themselves, and anyone in their team can access the house. Most likely, the code never changes either. Whenever I reached out to their staff for assistance, I was either ignored or their responses were delayed for hours. We never watched Netflix because we had no access to it; they seemed to be uninterested in resolving the issue. We texted twice and got no replies with solutions. They seem to blame shift a lot, which is unprofessional and a complete waste of time for someone renting for just a few days. Furthermore, they requested that we leave the place spotless, which we did, despite the owner’s false claim that people had been injured while cleaning. I’m left wondering what the point is of paying nearly $200 for two days of stay and still having to clean the place. They act as if they’re doing me a favor for residing in their overpriced apartment. They ask us to leave the place spotless as if we are part of their cleaning team, which is an insult, after I paid so much to rent the place.
