    I arrived to this property and there was just a keypad outside with no staff at a reception. There was a phone number listed to call for issues, which I couldn’t call as I have an international phone. They didn’t have WhatsApp. I had to WhatsApp someone local to call on my behalf. They didn’t answer the phone. I emailed them for support. They didn’t reply for an hour and a half. Finally I got sent some link to complete with information to be able to get an entry code which should’ve been sent to me long before but was never sent. These are not the issues you want to face after an extremely long international flight standing outside in the heat with your suitcase. I did finally get inside to a spacious room, but the shower has no pressure nor hot water. There was a lot of dust on my bedside table the sheets have stains and it is extremely noisy. You can hear everything going on in the lobby in rooms next-door.

    Besides the long check in process for a gate code (there is no front desk), the room was nice and in the bustling Queens Village neighborhood. There are bars, restaurants and shopping all around. Parking is tricky in the area, so keep that in mind. I got a parking ticket quickly after the 2 hour limit.
