The apartment is brand new and the building itself is renewed as well. It is equipped with everything you may need when staying in a place like this - internet, kitchen appliances, AC, washing and dishwashing machines etc. The owner provided all the necessary informartion. The building is equipped with an elevator too.
The only issue one needs to take into consideration is the location. The surroundings are really bad looking and a bit scary at first. There's no place to park the car, even on the streets. the streets are narrow and any parking spot that there is, is occupied by the people living in the area. It's also almost 900 m to the nearest metro station and the stores are a bit far too. It may be a problem for some visitors.
