Einfache Abwicklung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht.
Mich hat die Klimaanlage der gegenüberliegenden Südharz-Galerie nicht gestört. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass Menschen mit einem sensiblen Geräuschempfinden das stört.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich. Für uns nochmal ein Pluspunkt war die Möglichkeit auf dem Hof unser Auto zu parken und zu einem fairen Preis zu laden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer geräuschvollen Umgebung. Im Haus selbst ist es aber sehr angenehm ruhig und wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, geht es.

Der Treppenaufstieg, da dieser ziemlich steil war. Hier muss man schon ziemlich fit auf den Beinen sein.
