Great location, and always clean. Includes everything you could possibly need for a short stay.

Each time we have come, the cleaner who's door bell you have to ring to get let in never answers (three bookings now) so instead we have to wait for someone else to enter the building and then tailgate them - can be frustrating and a minor inconvenience Unfortunately towels are not great and would recommend taking your own (first 2 visits they were old and smelt musty as if put away wet which meant your skin would then smell, last trip brand new but not washed so covered your whole body in blue fluff - we had to then use a face washer to wipe our bodies down)

Spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for self catering a work trip at the nearby Olympic park. Option for 2x singles in each room was beneficial for the needs and guests of the trip. Instructions were easy to follow to collect keys and located apartment. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool or parking facilities so can’t comment.

Upon arrival there was a damp smell in the air. We also asked for the beds to be 4 singles in advance of arrival, and one was still set up as a double. When trying to find additional bedding to change the beds into singles ourselves , i found some damp sheets stuffed in the hallway cupboard - this explained the smell. I messaged again about the bed issue and it was rectified within a couple of hours. The property owner was apologetic , even leaving a bottle of wine. An extra set of keys would be convenient, as only one was provided.

It was very central to the event we were attending.

That we were given 2 directions to our car park and both were wrong. We couldn’t call anyone as there was no service in the basement. After driving around for 40 mins, we found our car park. The towels were cheap, small Kmart towels. The pillows were also of poor quality and were about 5cm wide. For $500+ a night, I expect better quality.
