Staff were really nice and helpful. We booked a hot air balloon ride with them for a great price. Very clean and overall great hotel, especially considering the price

While the room and bathroom were very clean, the towels could have been cleaned again. Only 1 actually clean towel.

房子很新也很大，位置也很好，房东服务也很周到。

可能是新装修的缘故，房间里有点涂料的味道，离清真寺太近声音有点大。

The place has great potential but needs work. The apartments are big and spacious. The location is good. Mahmoud was very nice and helpful.

The 1st room they gave us didn't have AC even though they advertise having AC. Luckily they did have 1 apartment with AC that was available. The kitchen sink was disgusting. Everything felt grimey, 3 dirty plates, no knives or forks, 2 dirty pots, no utensils but lots of left over bits of foods and spices form previous guests that should be thrown out. The location is right beside a mosque so speakers are very loud. It said breakfast included and when I asked mahmoud said its a continental breakfast and asked what else we would like. I told him banana and oranges maybe......he dropped a packet of bananas, a bag of mandrines, bread roles, packets of honey and jam and some cheese outside our door 20minutes later and said that there would be no one downstairs in the morning. All of this would have been OK if we had kitchen facilities or a kitchen table. Also no shower curtain so bathroom floor got soaked with every shower.
