Hotel Sofia

Il s'agit du quatrième et dernier étage d'un immeuble situé au centre ville, emplacement qui est un atout, ainsi que les places de parking disponibles dans la cour. Le gérant est disponible et très avenant, prêt à fournir tout ce dont le client pourrait avoir besoin en plus de l'équipement minimaliste des chambres, lesquelles sont exiguës mais bien propres. Dans l'espace commun, il y a un grand frigo ainsi qu'un plateau-bouilloire à disposition. La terrasse, commune aussi, est doté de tables et chaises, et la vue surplombant la ville est très agréable. Le marché, des magasins et des restaurants autour peuvent être salutaires pour l'heure de repas. C'est un bon choix-étape si de passage de Orhei.

Les quelques désagréments ont été communiqués directement au gérant: le dysfonctionnement de la télé (contrat de fournisseur en cours de finition), l'appareil d'air conditionné qui fonctionne très bien mais qui a des fuites d'eau à l'arrêt, le manque d'une petite table qui pourrait s'avérer utile dans la chambre. Rien de bien méchant, mais à prendre en compte pour augmenter le confort du séjour.

Een aangenaam en professioneel welkom dooe de verantwoordelijke. Hij deelde onmiddelijke nuttige info over het hotel en de stad. Super ! Het hotel was zeer proper. Nathalia, de kuisvrouw, doet uitstekend haar werk en laat niet om de gasten te vragen of alles ok is en of er iets extra dient gedaan te worden 👍

Helemaal niets aan te merken

Dobrá lokalita priamo v centre mesta. Klimatizácia na izbe fungovala výborne. Bonusom bol balkón s výhľadom na mesto. Parkovanie vo vnútornom dvore.

The property is very close to the city center, close to restaurants, supermarkets and numerous exchange offices and banks. The price was low, and the room was clean. The room has air conditioning that worked fine (once we could find a remote for it). Shared bathroom but in OK state. The area was quiet and safe.

Small room, with the roof coming down on one side. Window opening to the roof, no insect screen installed, which allowed several mosquitoes to go in. Small TV existed but there was no remote for it, and no button to turn it on. Air conditioning did not have a remote, but, fortunately, the one next door was the same model, so we could share the remote. Room at third floor, with no elevator. We only got a face towel each. Although it is listed in the property description, and we asked about it specifically, there is no assured parking - if you can find a spot somewhere in a small yard or on the street, fine, but that's all. If we had known that is the case, we would have not stayed here. Response to property comments: Information on parking was misleading, and you continue to lie about it: the property description explicitly said parking is available at a property nearby (reservation needed) - a description you have deleted. We asked for clarification and your response was that parking spots are available in the hotel yard (no such thing, as this is not a hotel that owns its own yard) or further down the road. It would have been much better to just tell the truth: there is absolutely no parking belonging to the hotel. Public parking is generally available, but that is not at all the same thing. About the TV and AC remote controllers: it is your responsibility to make sure they are present in the room. Your administrator was hardly present. There was no instruction about checking in - another thing you are not being truthful about. If your information would have been honest, our review would not have been so drastic. You should update your information and be more careful about your management rather than making up more unreal information.
