Stedet lå meget centralt og var helt ny istandsat. Der var alt hvad man havde brug for. Udlejer var hurtig til at svarer og var meget venlig.
Der var udfordringer i forhold til at bruse sig i badekarret.

Zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage, modern-gemütliche Einrichtung mit viel Geschmack & Liebe zum Detail (Grünpflanzen, Kerzen, Bücher, gr. TV, Radio in Küche …), neu, da erst seit Ende 2025, Ventilator bei Juni-Hitze hilfreich, gr. Kühl-/Gefrierschrank (1wö. Aufenthalt zu Dritt), profess. Kaffee-Automat mit Mahlwerk, allerdings leider keine Bedienungsanleitung. Nett-hilfsbereite Ansprechperson im 1. OG.
Empfehlung, dies möglichst in Beschreibung (klarer) zu erwähnen: Fewo im 2. OG mit enger Treppe (36 Stufen), Grundriss-Abweichung: Bad mit Durchgang zum DZ, was für Familie ok ist, sonst von EZ-Gast jedoch berücksichtigt werden muss. Duschen in Badewanne für Große nicht ideal (bin selbst 1,72); Türhöhe zum EZ ca. 160 cm, also nicht ideal für grosse Menschen, jeder Raum hat andere Höhe bzw Stufe/Schwelle. Ursache von Geruch in Küche …?

The apartment looked very fresh, the kitchen almost brand new. It’s really stylish with the attention to the details. Quite comfortable for up to 4 guests. The area is in the city center, but enough quiet at night time. Beautiful views, true old house. Good heating.
1 . despite the floor plan given, the bathroom is walk - through: you need to pass it to get to the bigger bedroom. Very unusual, but still manageable. 2. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, but not working, anyway this is not mentioned among the available facilities, thus we did not count on it anyway, no complaints.

Alles OK
Die Information Parkplatz inbegriffen war irreführend. Es waren lediglich öffentliche Parkplätze mit Parkscheibe oder kostenpflichtige Plätze vorhanden. Somit hatten wir 20 Euro Mehrkosten. Dies war leider nicht das erste Mal, dass wir keine eindeutigen Informationen bekommen haben.
