Close to my meeting venue; Quite- no noise; near to places to eat out. Room had a fridge for cold drinks. had some drinks as well, a functioning air conditioner as well. Was warmly welcome, despite arriving around 2am

The worst nightmare was a leakage in the in the toilet from above. Despite reporting, it was not attended to. I was scared with this leakage as I could not tell whether it was clean water or contaminated water. I could not use the toilet as I would showered by the leaked water all over me. This was vey unpleasant and spoiled my stay. Actually, I found this problem the very first day because I found basket collecting this leaked water and wondered why they did not fix before I came. In any case I delayed for 3 days because of flight connection problems. The worse part was that when you use the toilet, then you will be showered by the leaked water In fact I used the apartment for 11 days although I paid from 14 days. Although, the delayed arrival was not by choice, but I deserved better customer care for the money I paid
