Nice location, perfect for two people
The location is very nice. Beautiful view from the balcony. Well equiped kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies. Quiet neighborhood.
The owner we met speaks only Italien (neither English, nor German). Communication was difficult. The "double bed" is two single beds pushed together, but sliding from each other on the slippery floor. There are 3 beds in the master bedroom, no privacy if friends are travelling together. Might be fine for families.

The owners were super responsive and exceptionally helpful. Lovely appartement with additional touches such as ground coffee and a selection of mocha coffee makers. We appreciated the complimentary treats! Balconies with views both sides. About 10 min bus ride from Predazzo, then a few minutes walk.
It is a bit of a distance from shops and restaurants but so was all the properties in this price range.

Un appartamento ideale per famiglie
Tutto! La posizione è comodissima, con posto auto proprio davanti alla casa. L’appartamento è grande, curato e ben accessoriato, dotato di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno durante il soggiorno. Il proprietario è stato davvero premuroso e ci aveva fatto trovare un graditissimo regalo di benvenuto sia per noi che per i bambini. Consigliatissimo!
