The location and amenities were great. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery and steps to the beach. The place was clean with ample kitchen.

Our unit wasn’t equipped with a couple of key things. It didn’t have a functional ice maker which was a huge deal for me. They had 2 tiny ice trays which I hated. The microwave had 4 minutes of operation before it would set off a power failure to the appliance. In time it would become functional again. The parking was in a garage with huge concrete pillars and our space was against the wall on one side and pillars on the other. We managed to side slip into our spot using a vacant parking space next to ours but we were afraid to leave during our time there in the event the space would become occupied and we couldn’t manage to park back in. These were annoyances that we put up with but they didn’t outweigh the positives. I tried to call the property with phone number provided but received no response. That was concerning.

The location is great. It’s about a two block walk to get to the water.

The furniture is kind of old and worn out. It wasn’t very clean. There is a pool however the pool wasn’t open at the time we were there. We were in unit number 10 there is no parking for unit number 10, you could park a motorcycle or a bicycle in that spot but due to its location it’s physically impossible to get a car in the allotted parking space. They told me that it was called out on the site but somehow I missed it so I wanted to call it out here. You will have to pay to park your car from 8 AM until 8 PM.
