Charming Guildford Retreat - Bright Double Room Close to Green Spaces & Local Eats - Shared Bathroom

The facilities are clean and the property is in walking distance to row of shops and public transportations. I was allowed to purchase groceries and recoup while awaiting my work storage device to evaluate

There's a glass door and a screen door located at the back of the property . And I assumed that the screen door is left closed to address the in's and out's and that is good for circulation of air. But the occupants at the other side of the back yard kept on pulling both doors with are tang, especially the glass door and disrupting me while preparing work for the next day then he closes the glass door to maintain the warmth of the corridor. During my visit to this property I was relocated to I did notice the front door being left adjacented and I did complaint and hope for future agenda the camera is activated whether the front door is open or shut. Again the upstairs occupants is not reporting why they're using the bathroom facilities downstairs.

I stayed here for two weeks after arriving from overseas, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The double room was clean, ventilated and well-maintained. It included useful amenities like shared appliances, a washing machine (with washing powder provided), and cooking utensils and dishes, which made it easy to manage daily needs. There’s also a backyard where you can hang clothes for drying, which was very convenient. The keyless, pin-based entry system was straightforward - I followed the instructions carefully and had no issues. The room was well-suited for a single person, with enough space for luggage, a desk and chair for work, and a multi-layer rack for storage. They also provided an electric blanket and quilt, which made the colder weather comfortable. I think there are around four rooms across the property, and during my stay, all were occupied. Despite that, everyone respected each other’s privacy, which created a peaceful environment. The bathrooms were consistently stocked with essentials, including hand wash, shampoo, body wash, tissue rolls, and even a hair dryer, which was very helpful. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside. The 802 bus provides direct access to Parramatta in about 20 minutes, and it’s easy to travel back even late at night. Since there’s no on-site reception, all communication happens through an app, but the team was very responsive and quick to assist whenever needed. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was quite unreliable and slow. I often had to rely on mobile data, though the network coverage was generally good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to recommend this place to others.

Het is een super mooie accomodatie, dat voelt als een thuis, het is modern en ruimtelijk. Je kan goed chillen in de achtertuin en praatjes maken met de andere verblijvers.
