We rented for our extended family and it was very close to our existing cabin. Easy to access, was clean and orderly (no stinky smells), in good repair and had some fun personalization (hat, special instructions on some local food items, etc.). Hosts were responsive and seemed very kind.
Just an FYI because some renters don't let the owners know ... master bedroom light pull chain/light wasn't working. Not a complaint, just not sure that they know.
