Schönes Neubauapartment, gute Zimmeraufteilung, schöner Pool.
Viel Lärm, kein durchsetzen der Hausordnung.
Vermieter nach Schlüsselverlust erst intransparent (Preis für Schlüsselverlust war klar ausgeschrieben), dann doch einsichtig.

The apartment is very nice with big pool and it is quite close to the centre. It has big carpark which is very useful.
Unfortunately the apartment was dirty on our arrival and we had to ask for cleaning the floors. We got old dirty towels and and had to ask for exchange. The drying rack was very wobbly and broken. Also the balcony door could not close. The toilet paper rack was broken. The floor around the pool was quite dirty.
We were quite disappointed with the approach. When we asked for late check-out as a satisfaction for all the troubles, we were told that it´s not possible to stay late because the cleaners are coming at 12:30 to prepare the apartment for new quests but no one came until 16:00 (it was the time we left Novalja) so there was no need for us to leave at 12:30.
