ICONIA Zamalek - Boutique Stay & Wellness Residences

We had a wonderful stay. The property was comfortable, clean and in a great location in Zamalek. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sarah and Adham at reception, who took excellent care of us and were always attentive and ready to help. We would also like to thank the other members of staff who kindly helped us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Everyone contributed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Lo staff è gentilissimo, la struttura è bella e pulita, con una posizione ottima, in un quartiere molto bello e sicuro. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, consiglio vivamente di affidarsi a questa struttura, soprattutto chi è solo o un po' in dubbio per il viaggio, credo sia perfetto per sentirsi tranquilli. Se c'è qualche problema, si mettono a disposizione per risolverlo.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf der Zamalek Nil-Insel, eine Oase der Ruhe im lebhaften Kairo. Wir waren zu dritt im August unterwegs, der zur Anlage gehörende Pool bot eine willkommene Erfrischung. Das Doppelbett war bequem. Die Umgebung (Diplomatenviertel) ist für Kairo ausgesprochen ruhig.

Die Klimaanlage ist so laut, dass man sie zum Schlafen abstellen muss. Aber fairerweise muss man sagen, dass trotz des heißen Augustwetters die Wohnung nicht zu warm wurde. Die Ausstattung ist lediglich für zwei Personen (Teller, Besteck, etc.) ausgelegt. Das Schlafsofa ist zum Liegen unbequem. Frühstück gibt es nicht, aber man kann bequem und gut in der Anlage in einem Café frühstücken.
