Fantastic property, well maintained and in a great location with a great host!
The elevators were broken, only one of them operational which led to a bit of inconvenience leaving the property.

The location was wonderful. The instructions to get in were very clear and responses to any questions were answered immediately
Cleaning staff showed up earlier than scheduled and attempted to clean while we were finishing up.
Toilet was broken..they were VERY quick to respond, we told the property we could manage and we absolutely did, (No complaints in that respect) but pointing it to ensure it has been fixed

Booked at short notice and it was ok for what we needed but felt somewhat tired and dark. Thankful for the air con and pool was a hit with the kids.
Overlooked the bins (garbage) so had the sounds of people taking trash out from early until late. Felt outdated and quite dark so expensive for what you get. Location ok but far from ideal. Right near Highway, still quite a walk into town (and not a particularly nice walk). There are much nicer locations to be in Canmore which is a fab town.
