The saff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, and the areas were great to get around inside and out, and continental breakfast was excellent with lovely coffee. Ideal as I was in a wheelchair thanks very much.
No kettle in rooms, but tea or coffee available from bistro 24hours a day free, but they will fill a small flask for you to take up to your room and also give you the coffee milk t bags don't let this put you off its great place. Xx

La posizione a due passi da Tamigi, Tower Bridge, Tower of London. Molto vicina anche a Sky Garden. Fermate metro e bus molto vicine. Camere pulite, sicurezza in hotel notevole, si accede ai piani e al proprio corridoio solo con la tesserina per la camera. Stanze silenziose. Check out ore 12. Disponibilta’ acqua fresca e the’ gratuitamente per tutto il giorno. Personale molto gentile e attento, ringraziamo in particolare la receptionist italiana che ci ha coccolato per tutto il soggiorno 😀
La colazione era abbondante, ma mancava il salato: uova o prosciutto. C’erano solo dolci. Nei corridoi e nelle camere la moquette e’ vecchia e macchiata, ed anche la poltroncina in camera, andrebbero rinnovate. Tutto sommato, i pregi superano i difetti.

Staff was friendly , room Was comfortable and had all we needed, thankfully there was air conditioning
Breakfast was continental no meats or cheese . Carpets need a good clean as some areas were marked .

That my bedroom had no window. It felt claustrophobic.
