Lokalizacja jest wielkim plusem jeśli jest się zainteresowanym wydarzeniami na arenie. Wszelkie potrzebne rzeczy są na miejscu w mieszkaniu. Na dodatek pod nosem są sklepy.
Dla 4 osób może być problematycznym brak całkowitego rozdzielenia przestrzeni pomiędzy sypialnią a pokojem gdzie znajduje się kanapa. W łazience przydałaby się szyba prysznicowa, albo chociaż ściągaczka podłogowa co pomogłoby w nie roznoszeniu wody po całym pomieszczeniu (niestety mop nie dawał rady).

Ładne mieszkanie, urządzone z pomysłem i fajnymi dodatkami. Bardzo czyste, duży balkon. Kuchnia wyposażona. Duża, estetyczna łazienka. Krótki spacer na plażę a w okolicy dużo lokali z dobrym jedzeniem oraz sklepów Żabka.
Słoik z petami na balkonie, osoby niepalące czują zapach ;( Słaby internet, nie mogliśmy obejrzeć odcinka serialu (konieczne było włączenie hotspota z telefonu). Prysznic - przez brak szyby/ przesłonki woda rozchlapuje się na całą łazienkę.
