The property location and physical rooms were acceptable, but the overall experience was completely ruined by dishonest front desk billing practices and poor customer service.
Upon arrival, staff forced an undisclosed 5% surcharge to pay by credit card. Furthermore, they refused to issue an official VAT invoice unless we paid an additional 10% fee, even though 10% VAT was already included in our booking price. The receptionist was unhelpful and failed to provide any official hotel policy for these extra fees.
