The location of this apartment was great, within easy walking distance of Gaya Street, the waterfront and markets. Comfortable bed. Handy having a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board but no detergent provided, so for a short stay we had to buy detergent just to do two loads of washing. OK for a short stay if you plan to eat out.

A microwave and kettle are provided but no toaster or provision to even boil an egg! Some basic crockery and cutlery but again no washing up liquid is provided so all looked as though they needed a good wash with hot water and detergent, probably anyone staying for a short while wouldn't bother and it has probably only ever had a quick rinse under the cold tap. There were cigarette butts on the terrace, the owner says these are from the apartments above and assured us the terrace was swept prior to our arrival. The remote control for the TV is not the original and the TV is therefore not easy to operate. The reception and security staff in the building are not at all friendly, everything is a chore, we were met on arrival with a shrug of the shoulders so we sent a WhatsApp to the owner and he sent down a representative to reception who then asked us to fill out an arrival form, the person on the desk could have easily asked us to fill that in while we were waiting! One day we went to sit by the pool, the lifeguard was sitting at the only available table with his feet up, music playing and he was engrossed in his phone, meanwhile there were two unaccompanied children playing in the pool, for us this just summed up the attitude of the staff.

Prostorný, moderní, čistý apartmán v dobré lokalitě - všude blízko. Balkón. Pohodlná postel. Budova má už nejlepší léta za sebou, ale apartmán je nový.

Nesmyslný požadavek na kauci 150 MYR, kterou požaduje převodem na účet. Nebyl jsem ochoten posílat peníze převodem a platit poplatek za převod. Nakonec jsme se přes whats up dohodli na kauci v hotovosti. Problém byl ale znova s vrácením kauce při odjezdu, když jsme chtěli odjíždět brzy ráno. Nakonec ale předání pokoje proběhlo v dohodnutou dobu. Tato praxe nesmírně komplikuje a prodlužuje check in a check out, musíte komunikovat přes whats up, což po příletu vyžaduje mít již dopředu zakoupený místní tarif na internet. Neumím si představit, kdybychom ho neměli. Pokud se nedomluvíte na konkrétní době příjezdu, nikdo vás tam čekat nebude. Měli jsme zpožděný let a původně domluvenou dobu jsme museli změnit. Pokud dáte kauci v hotovosti a z hotelu jedete na letiště a odlítáte z Malajsie dostanete zpět kauci 150 MYR, které už nestihnete utratit. Nebýt této praxe, dal bych hodnocení 10/10.

Near to the elevator, clean unit, location is great walking distance to eateries etc

The elevator can be a long wait if you’re unlucky will have to queue and wait in line

Layout good. One bed roon with a sofa bed separated from the living room with another sofa bed. It is clean.

We requested for 4 persons staying. But no any bad sheets and blankets provided for both sofa beds! Also, the soft bed in the BR is short (1.5m?). So, not good for an adult or youth.
