The closeness to the beach and cafes

This is a studio room in a older building in an old part of Bondi across the road from the North Bondi SLSC It was clean and tidy. It has all the facilities .The price / day is due to the excellent location among cafes and the beach which is what we required. Room is on first floor but steps were easy We personally had issues with lock box on arrival and departure couldn't open the box, on arrival the cleaners said they had trouble opening it. Suggest if this is an issue with this call owner not message / email as he lives out of Bondi No air con as in ad only a ceiling fan which was ok, room has little breeze way due to the location and the surrounding buildings. TV has no free to air channels but can access Netflix etc ( Not an issue for us) .

The location was amazing, extremely close to bondi and all the amazing cafes/restaurants of North Bondi (a little quieter than Bondi). The studio apartment was compact but had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We felt very safe. The kitchenette meant that we could make simple meals and we could use the smart tv.

Unfortunately communication with the host was inconsistent and lacking detail (e.g. which lockbox was the apartments) which made check in a little difficult. Whilst we only require the basics, the stay could have been enhanced by new bed linen (the current linen had been well loved).
