Never actually got to stay here. We booked the day before, received confirmation etc but when we arrived the next day we were told that a prior guest had decided to extend their stay so there was no vacancy for us.
We were treated poorly but it seems it was a genuine mistake. We did find an alternative accomodation so no big deal. Hope the provider can learn from this so it never happens again.
