    The place is amazing, clean, modern, chic, great location with convenience store, supermarket Lotte Super & BHC Chicken nearby and Paris Baguette next to it. They have all the kitchen equipment & washing & drier machine. Downside: i wish they can do this in the future to make guest stay more comfortable by providing the important basic things that guest dont have to buy, such as handsoap for kitchen & bathroom, laundry soap + softener, bodywash + shampoo. Also would be very very nice if they provide the plastic bag for the food trash and general waste bag instead of the guest have to buy. Also there is NO trash bin in the kitchen area. I think the kitchen cutlery can be filled up to 4 sets instead of only 2 sets (i was traveling with 2 other friends so we have to managed using 2 sets cutlery (glasses, cups, plates, bowls) when eating & drinking). NO UMBRELLA PROVIDED !!! i have to buy this and leave it there because i cannot bring back home in my suitcase. Again this is kinda basic stuff that need to be provided for guest. There are so many residence or aparthotel that provide better service (including daily cleaning service). And provide more basic things that we as guest needed. The customer service didn’t reply my email/chat/kakao talk since day 1 until my last day. They replied my email 1 day before i have to check out. That’s not much helpful.
