Sweet Lil Casita Puget Sound Hideaway

Everything about this sweet home was perfect. Location, views, cleanliness, quiet, the home had everything we needed. I only wish we were able to stay longer. Chelsea and Lars are amazing hosts. It was so nice to find a place that I will definitely be returning to when I go back home to visit. Loved sitting on the deck watching boats, trains and people down at the beach when the tide was out. If I wasn't so crunched for time, I would have been down there also, next visit. The home was cozy, clean, well-stocked with anything you needed. The beds were comfy giving us a much-needed great night's sleep after running around with family all day. It was so nice to play cards on the deck with the views, a glass of wine with an eagle in the tree above us. This stay was so memorable for me (us), I truly can't wait to return. Thank you again Chelsea and Lars, your home is amazing!

That we had to leave!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Chelsea and Lars’ Sweet Lil Casita. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care had gone into creating a space that felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was hosting family for dinner on the deck our first evening. The views were absolutely stunning and made for such a memorable evening together. We also loved spending time simply relaxing and watching the waterfront activity from cruises and yachts to commercial ships, with trains rolling gracefully along the shoreline adding even more charm. The natural surroundings were equally special. The peaceful forest was filled with birdsong and wildlife, and we were even lucky enough to spot dozens of whale spouts in the distance, which felt truly magical.

Honestly, there was very little not to like about the property. Our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyable.
