We have stayed here before. Location couldn’t be better, just off the high street. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, pans, utensils etc. should you wish to cook for yourself. Comfortable single beds.

A few crumbs left in fridge. The bed settee turned out to be unusable.(It sinks in the back left corner.) Instead of an old fashioned cabinet full of books, could there not be a more useful chest of drawers with a few books on top? Please provide something to stand shampoos etc on in the shower, not the chair which is meant for those less able to stand, like myself.

Location superb. 2 mins to sea front . Quiet road

Hob not working on arrival . Immediate response and very nice man arrived . He couldn’t sort it straight away but came back while we out and sorted it . Same happening with hot water - not the switch by toilet door as suggested but far switches against wall - they had no indication they were connected to water

Great location in the town centre and right near the beach. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The kitchen appeared to be well equipped but we did not cook so did not use it other than for making cups of tea. The bathroom was a good size and accessible with grab handles, a shower chair and low sink. It was a nicely decorated apartment. There was an electric window and blind which was a bit of a novelty. Perfect for a short stay and a reasonable price for Southwold.

The property was quite small and ok for a short stay but not ideal for a week. There was only a small clothes rail and a couple of drawers and nowhere to store your suitcase. The bed was pushed up against the wall meaning one of us had to crawl across the bed to get in and out. The sofa was very stylish but not very comfortable. The bathroom was lacking storage especially in the shower. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower and only a small, slightly wobbly unit on the floor. The window was not double glazed so you could clearly hear every noise outside.
