It would be great if they include the cleaning services on the booking.

Mixed Emotions. The upstairs of the property was good. Lounge: The decor and furnishings were good. The colour scheme was great. The floors, great. The entertainment worked well. Bedrooms The bedrooms are good. Modern finishes. Ensuites work well including the stand alone bathroom and toilet. Kitchen User friendly and modern. Please note. Smeg oven. You should have adequate knowledge to work it. Glass hob + gas stove + kettle + toaster + sandwich maker. The kitchen table tops and great. Cupboard space good. Adequate cutlery and the normal plates, bowls and cooking utensils. Floor space Well proportioned for 4 couples. You work out the permutations. Balcony Spacious, elegant and good sea views Ground floor. Pool table. Separate toilet and wash basin. Coffee bar that extends onto the ground balcony for serving. The large room that housed the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room were not functional. Pool working condition overall, we were treated like adults. place was ours to use. They trust that you mature enough to look after the place which is what we did. one of the Durban families allocated a maid to us for our stay, so that really helped. There are no replenishments, for towels etc. But we believe it was adequate, especially with the washing machine, available. The alarm rang off one evening. Gentleman was contacted. He managed to reset remotely. He also assisted us all the way, when needed, including exiting. The best part was that he extended our stay on the final day to 5pm due to us having flight delays and not being able to stay on the 1st day. So big hugs and gratitude for making that gesture.

Upstairs. Main Bedroom with ensuite. No lockable doors and the door handle came of when we opened for the first time. The bedroom balcony door tilted as the 1 hinge was unhinged. We adjusted as it was minor for us. Some of the kitchen cabinets need maintenance. no other complaints. Downstairs Apart from the pool room we did not go into the "dark room". No lights working and it used to be a cinema room. The independent room with the sauna, Steam room was not operational. After the storm, water collected on the window and door borders. Pool. we had access to to the cleaning net and we did clean on arrival and after the storm. No pool net. we had our 3 year old with us. So we had to be extra vigilant. We met Magaret the caretaker. placed keys in our hands, gave us a 4 minute run down and i left her at some garage, 3 minutes away by car. never heard of her again. The home alarmed triggered at 10pm one evening, rather loud and disturbing.
