I really enjoyed the privacy, security, and cozy atmosphere of the place.
The drainage pipes seem to be clogged and are emitting a foul smell. I would also suggest laying gravel in the compound to prevent sand from being tracked into the rooms during the rainy season.

The property was good value.
The mats in the bathroom were dirty. There were minimal utensils in the kitchen. The place could do with a good clean. My husband fixed the toilet (he’s a plumber). We didn’t have water in the morning until we asked for it. Someone lit a fire in the backyard just as we were about to sleep.

We were met by the man who handed us the keys - very easy. AC and fans worked great, and some basic kitchen supplies like bbq grill and blender.
There was a chicken that made a lot of noise all night which affected our sleep.

The interior decoration and how spacious it was.
The environment wasn’t safe for me especially there was no car parking space.
