Los Alcazares Villa - 7410

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, les équipements, la villa est très agréable. Les petits messages de la société de location et leurs réactivité. La localisation est très bien car a proximité de tout ce qu’il faut, plage, Manga, centre commercial ( 20km grand max ).

Le ménage plus que moyen ( moumoute de poussière sous les lits et barbecue que nous avons dû récurer à notre arrivé. La proximité avec les autres logements est aussi un problème. Piscine petite, si nous devions être 6 adultes, c’est simplement impossible. Tout les suppléments sont facturés ( comme le ménage d’ailleurs… ). Les prestations ne valent pas ce prix (7000€) pour 15 jours !

The villa itself was nice and not close to the beach. It was easy to find and there were a number of restaurants in the vicinity. The pool is small but clean and shallow. Would be perfect for the family with small children.

The villas are very close to each other, so you hear and see your neighbours. It gets quite noisy, like in a large hotel. The villa was not very well maintained. Something always went wrong: the door lock, the shower, the leak in the basin, the iron. The staff would acknowledge the problem, come back with lots of questions and then wait until you contact them again to remind about it. So, it took quite a while to fix everything. The hob was not broken but very moody, especially after cleaning. We had to reset it at least once a day to make it work. Also, it was very disappointing that the ring which I accidentally left at the villa after we checked out was never found…
