Breakfast was not included in the price. The Price, location and stay was very good.

Contacting the owner was little bit difficult but was ok in the end.

Firstly the staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. I had no issues regarding communication also with staff as they were rapid with responding to messages or calls. The facilities were perfect I had no issues with them what so ever. The whole guest house appeared to be immaculate and I couldn't see any dirt in sight it was extremely clean. I felt very welcomed especially because others that stayed at the guest house and also the staff. The allotments that lead off onto the back also were beautiful with lovely people on there that always spoke nice with no issues. These are allocated at the rear of the house. Great value for monies and the location was perfect it was very quiet and relaxing. Overall I am super impressed and have no issues with the property what so ever. I highly recommend anyone too stay here.

TV was missing. All light bulbs in lamps missing. Door latch by design, could never lock - not ever. mention of past TV thefts was a little alarming . didnt sleep well .

the layout is nice, kitchen is good and convenient.

no tv, we got told we had to request one when leaving spent whole night bored pretty much.
