A wonderful apartment! It was very clean and well-maintained, with a cozy kitchen that seemed brand new. The beds were comfortable, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived late, the instructions were clear and made it easy for us to pick up the keys nearby. There was also secure parking available on the "-5th" floor (there is an elevator). The building offers a lovely playground and a swimming pool exclusively for residents, which was a great bonus. The sea is very close and absolutely beautiful. Overall, it felt like a dream apartment at a very affordable price.

My wife and me had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen was modern, the beds were cozy, and the internet worked perfectly. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth even with a late arrival. There is also secure parking available, which was very convenient. The building has a nice playground and a swimming pool for residents, and the sea is just a short walk away. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay at a very good price. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
