Had everything you needed! All the tools were labelled and instructions were clearly laid out which made the stay so convenient. Located close to a few convenience stores, including a Family Mart nearby (5 minute walk). Also located a 7-10 minute walk to the train station and bus stop. Having a laundry on the balcony was probably my favourite part of this stay! The owner is very kind, attentive, and answers messages very quickly.
In general, the property is located further away from the major cities (30 min bus ride to any main city), so make sure you consider your commuting time. Also, there was quite a bit of outside noise -- I think it's because there's a factory under the building. There is no elevator going up to the room so you'll have to take your luggage up the stairs.

虽然需要步行才能到车站和地铁站，但是就性价比而言还可以，楼下就有一家普通便利店和健身房，步行5min以内就有一家全家便利店，步行7min以内就有一家洗衣机店和eon超市。
没电梯就算了，通道也十分狭窄，行李多上楼不方便，隔音较差，上下楼放行李脚步都得放轻，在房间也不敢掉东西到地上和大开大合行李箱。
