Guestroom in Old Town | Steps to Lake & Everything

The property was beautifully maintained and centrally located, just a short walk to the main street and a short walk to the lake. It was decorated with care and attention and extremely well maintained. Brianna and Erica were excellent hosts and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was particularly great to be able to park at the property, as this gave us great peace of mind and was one less thing to have to try and figure out during our holiday.

A charming property, a short walk from the centre of town. The hosts were so helpful and made our stay very easy and the room was clean and beautifully decorated. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed and highly recommend it.

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the Main Street shops and restaurants, plus easy to walk to the beach and golf club. The street is quiet and leafy green. Easy to find and get around. It’s also less than 5 mins walk to a supermarket. The room is spacious, I liked that you could open windows for fresh air. Small fridge and coffee machine and some items stocked in the bathroom. Decorated beautifully and with great style and consideration for small touches. There’s lots of spaces to sit and also on the front patio and garden there are some seating in the garden. We arrived early and were able to drop our bags and go exploring before check in time which was so helpful.

The bathroom and shower are quite small. The front door and internal doors were a bit sticky due to the humidity and weather, which caused us some confusion and we did need to be sure the locks were locked when we were leaving for the days as they would get stuck if not shut properly, but owners are very helpful and responsive so it felt like we were always able to get help if needed. Access to the room is only by stairs to the second floor which was a little tricky with our bigger suitcases but nothing we couldn’t manage. Nothing that would deter me from recommending the accommodation.

We were really impressed at how quiet the house was and very clean. Inviting from the time we walked in. Loved all the details to keep the room feel comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and always the right temperature! Easy access with keypad entry at both the front door and the room. Parking was easy. The house was close walking distance to the tourist area.
