Rose Cottage - 2 Bedroom Cottage - Penally

Booked this very last minute as our original booking cancelled on us but we are so glad we stayed here instead. The property is in an amazing location with fab sea views, a gorgeous quiet beach, and just a few minutes by car or train into Tenby. The cottage itself is really modern and comfortable with lots of secure outside space and seating. Big thanks to the host Naomi for going out of her way to help us with this booking at really short notice!

The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC but nothing major, and didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way.

The cottage was decorated very well, the beds and furniture were super comfy! All the amenities were great! Location was also really good, short 5 minute car journey into Tenby, or you can walk 20 minutes or so!

The road leading up to the property was a bit sketchy, the path could be resurfaced as didn’t feel great going up that in the car, but that’s not particularly related to the property.

Rose Cottage was a great location in Penally. Walking distance to the beach, bus stop and train. Easy access to other lovely parts of Pembrokeshire. The cottage was very spacious, more than expected and the outdoor space was great. We enjoyed the semi open plan downstairs and it had 2 good sized double bedrooms.

Just a minor comment, the plug in the sink in the bathroom was broken. We stripped the bed when we left and were surprised that there was no mattress protector

Nicely decorated, and well furnished.

Car park access is tricky, and cottage is wedged in closely to other properties, so no outdoor privacy, and noisy neighbours in outdoor whirlpool.
