L'appartement est situé dans un nouveau quartier résidentiel de Citadela, un peu à l'écart du centre-ville, mais à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités (supermarchés, boulangerie, restaurants et cafés). L'hôte a fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité et se déplaçait rapidement en cas de besoin. Son souci constant du bien-être de ses visiteurs a grandement contribué à rendre le séjour agréable. L'un des grands points forts de cet appartement est son accessibilité aux personnes à mobilité réduite, un critère encore peu fréquent dans de nombreux établissements en Afrique.

La terrasse sur le toit se trouve au pied d'une colline faisant l'objet de travaux d'extraction de terre. Même si celle-ci est relativement éloignée, de fines particules de poussière atteignent la terrasse et s'y déposent régulièrement. Un nettoyage quotidien serait donc souhaitable pour maintenir l'espace extérieur dans les meilleures conditions.

Huge rooftop terrace with great views, a large TV and off course that unique dipping pool. Spacious bathroom, equipped kitchen. Proximity to some shops and cafés. The beach is also nearby.

Rapport qualité prix excellent, le logement est très propre avec une piscine, une terrasse et un espace vie agréable. Les gérants sont très sympa et arrangeants.

We had a wonderful time and would have given more stars ⭐ because everything was truly perfect 👌😊 The landlord, Jax, is always available and lives in the same building. From our arrival to check-out, he was immediately there and super friendly. The rooftop apartment is absolutely stunning. Starting with the huge terrace with high-quality seating, a rocking chair, and sun loungers. And of course, the highlight is the fantastic, super clean pool, which is illuminated at night. It also has several electrical outlets, a washing machine, and a separate toilet outside, which is really convenient. The apartment is furnished with the latest and very high-quality furniture, and everything is decorated with great style. They really thought of everything. The kitchen is also equipped with an air fryer, capsule coffee machine, blender, toaster, oven, microwave, and plenty of dishes and cookware. The building also has an elevator and a ramp at the entrance, so the apartment is wheelchair accessible. And it's all super clean! 👍 There's also a great bakery/pastry shop right across the street where you can have a nice breakfast or just pick up some rolls. A supermarket that really has everything you need for daily life is about 100 meters away. If you want to eat or drink something, there are several options within walking distance. We went to Ka Kumpadri bar next to the supermarket a couple of times; it's a great pub where you can grab a snack and spend some quality time with the friendly owners and regulars. In short, a fantastic place to stay in a great central location. Thanks again to Jax, and we'll definitely be back! 😊
