Locatia este intr-o curte comuna, foarte aproape de treptele ce duc spre Piata Mica. Apartamentul are centrala proprie si incalzire prin pardoseala.

Ottima posizione, centralissimo, con molti locali interessanti in zona. Appartamento confortevole e ben arredato. Camera Spaziosa ed abbastanza silenzioso.

Unica cosa che aggiungerei è la presenza di uno straccio per asciugare i piatti dopo averli usati. È presente la lavastoviglie ma a volte per un solo piatto preferirei asciugarlo da me.
