Wohnung neu renoviert und scheinbar auch neu eingerichtet. Diesen Eindruck hätte man von außen nicht erwartet. Ruhige Lage. Sauber. Preis/Leistung i.O.
Parkplatz im Innenhof und Bettwäsche bzw. Handtücher nur gegen Aufpreis. Parkplätze am "Straßen"rand wären aber frei gewesen. Bin kein Freund von diesen Tür-Codes. Schlüssel wären mir lieber. Individuelle Kritik: habe im Bett schlecht geschlafen.

Schöne Wohnung. Super war, dass trotz Nichtbuchung von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche etwas da lag.
Etwas unsauber..vor allem in Küche die Spüle war schmutzig...außerdem Abfluss war verstopft in Küche ( haben wir wieder einigermaßen gangbar gemacht)...es stand auch noch abgewaschenes Geschirr im Geschirrspüler.

Das Appartment scheint erst kürzlich eingerichtet, verfügt in der Küche über alles Nötige und über eine auch sonst recht praktische neuwertige Ausstattung. Das Wasser in der Dusche war warm. Das Anfahrtsmanagment war sehr gut mit Codes. Parken war problemlos kostenlos in der Nähe.
Unsere Fachgeschoßwohnung wurde von Fliegen im Februar heimgesucht, die aus dem Gebälk kamen. Ein wenig mehr Wanddeko würde so manchen Fehler bei der Eigenrenovierung verdecken. Vor allem im Bad. Und die Briefkästen vor dem Haus machen keinen guten ersten Eindruck.
