The staff were so welcoming and hospitable and the bed and pillows so comfortable
At the end of the day this is a budget priced establishment so it'll never be 5 star. Personally we couldn't be happier.

Great location, for Penrith. Had limited parking. Fortunately, we were the first to arrive, staff friendly, and a good selection of beers at the bar....pool table and darts....
There's nothing bad to report....would like to see them improving the pub and accommodation, upgrading the facilities , looking forward to them starting breakfasts again.....they Don't serve food on Mondays.....not an issue for us....plenty of other options in town....

Warm and welcoming entrance, friendly host, warm room with an independent radiator, quaint bar, pool table and with building features on show.
Nowhere to leave the key when checking out, unable to open the window in my room, no breakfast on offer, unfinished decor in hallway.
