Charming apartment 5m walk to the beach

I highly recommend this apartment. It's fantastic! It was easy to find, check in was simple, and there is free parking on the street. The neighborhood was in a quiet residential area. It was also very clean and had everything I needed. The beach is a short walk, less than 10 minutes, and I couldn't believe how beautiful and clean it was. I also really enjoyed the pool; it's listed as "shared" but it's only shared with the property owners and their guests. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. It was easy to get an uber to visit Old San Juan, and my drive to the airport took less than 10 minutes. Can't say enough good things. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Puerto Rico.

Location was near the Isla Verde beach, coffee shops, dining. We like to cook our own meals, it was great having the SuperMax grocery store a 5 min walk away. The property had all the facilities to meet our needs and is in a nice neighborhood. It is managed by property managers (no direct communication with the owner) and they were quite fast in their response over text.

Description of the place (along with pictures) mentioned access to the pool as an amenity but this was not true. We were told that it is based on availability and needs to be scheduled in advance + there is a cost to reserve the pool. When we pushed back, the owner relented and granted a waiver. There was inconsistent communication from the property managers, I give them benefit of doubt though as the place seems to have just started being rented out on booking.com and they might not be completely up to date with what is available at the property. Location is close to the highway, so there is some noise reaching the bedroom & bathroom but we were able to sleep well.
