Fantastic stay

Ivan and all the staff were so kind and helpful. They made sure we had the best stay. The location is excellent and the room was very comfortable with a great modern design. The rooftop bar and pool was a very peaceful space to take a break from the city and relax.

The WiFi worked great everywhere but could be better in the room.

The property was clean and stylish, very close to the historic area yet quiet. The communal bar area was very handy and comfortable to enjoy an outdoor space while in the city.

Perfect stay in the centre of Oaxaca

This place is perfect. Beautifully restored, with great, high quality materials throughout and attention to detail. The room was lovely, quiet, with AC and such a comfortable bed, great for resting after a day of exploring the city. The location is also great, close to Zocalo. It has a very nice sun deck with a jacuzzi, and a well equipped bar. The staff was so nice and attentive all the way through our stay, and helped us with all our questions and even to get a taxi to the airport on very short noticett. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Oaxaca.

Awesome location and cozy hotel with amazing staff.

Great new hotel, all facilities are new and very thoughtfully prepared. In room there is everything you may need or may not, I first time saw so many things prepared. Everything is clean and location is awesome, near the Zocalo of Oaxaca. Patio, rooftop and other great additions. Definitely worth its price.

Rooms don't have much spare space, quite small. You can hear everything that happens in the lobby from the room, no sound proof.

Exceptional

Enrique made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. We arrived very late and he stayed to make sure we arrived safely. He also turned on the steam shower remotely so it was warm when we arrived. He really went above and beyond!

this was only an inconvenience as i am elderly and retire early and was put in a room next to the outside bar which created a couple nights of disruptive sleep.

Absolutamente todo es increíble en casa Ziña! Las instalaciones son divinas, sabanas y almohadas deliciosas, baño y habitación impecables! Te reciben con mezcal de cortesía y delicioso café blasón. El personal una maravilla, nos recibió Rebeca, encantadora. El dueño Enrique, es excelente anfitrión, se preocupa de que cada detalle sea perfecto durante la estancia. Tienen servicios de tour privados maravillosos! En la azotea hay piscina y reposadoras muy cómodas. También hay un bar con diferentes bebidas y tragos para disfrutar! Recomiendo 100% casa ziña para vivir la experiencia de Oaxaca, volveríamos mil veces.
