Abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Appartamento accogliente e funzionale. Check in comodo e veloce, ma si deve essere provvisti di cellulare. Nel nostro caso ha funzionato tutto perfettamente. Posizione molto comoda, il centro si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata di 15 minuti.

Zentrale Lage. Sauber.
2 Standventilatoren vorhanden.
Unterkunft ungeeignet für Fahrradfahrer. Fahrrad muss über 5-6 Stufen im Haus hochgetragen und über 5-6 Stufen runtergetragen werden, um es im Hof abstellen zu können. Vor dem Haus schmaler Gehweg und über Nacht keine sichere Möglichkeit, Fahrrad abzustellen. Das muss in der Ausschreibung drinstehen, dass Zugang zum Hof durch das Haus nur über Treppen möglich ist. Autoabstellmöglichkeit 1h mit Parkscheibe möglich. Dauerhaftes Abstellen für 35€ für 3 Tage 10 Fahrradminuten entfernt!
Balkon zum Hinterhof im EG in dem die Mülleimer stehen ( Geruchsbelästigung) und eine Wellblechhütte die Sicht versperrt. Aufenthaltsqualität auf dem Balkon null.
Trotz Altbau warm (26 Grad) bei Sommerhitze sehr schlecht zu lüften.

Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt, sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber......also alles top.
Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort, ich hätte mir aber durchaus einige Nächte mehr vorstellen können.
