Location is tucked away in a quiet area overlooking the AUC park with grocery stores, a barbershop,a bakery, a mosque, a foul/falafel restaurant within a 10 - minute walk. The biggest plus in this apartment (containing 5-6 rooms) is how sunny and warm it is during winter (which is a rarity in most/all lodgements in Cairo). There's daily housekeeping for the apt and you can request for your room to be cleaned. You could also use the washing machine which is a nice perk! Moaz and Um Umran are helpful and responsive.
The utensils in the kitchen! I communicated that with management and they are placing an order for new pans that should be arriving soon!

Quietness and privacy
That it said whole apt is yours while it is an apt of many rooms. Guests have to know they are in a shared apt.
