City Center Appartment with parking

Comfortable very clean, well equipped with the exception of no corkscrew and proper wine glasses. Only a few minutes on foot to most things in the town centre. We would certainly book again.

The process of entry instructions could be clearer. The door is not next to the key box and you are given keys and a fob. It wasn't apparent what the fob was for, so mainly, be clearer please

the flat is big and spacious, good location in a modern building, vert quiet and warm

1. parking is not included as the description suggests; the fee is different from the information mail (12 EUR/day) and from the owner (15 EUR/day). The parking infprmation not clear, on our arrival the remote control for the gate did not work, therefore the whole checking-in lasted more than 1 hour. 2. The photos and the number of opinions suggest that the flat is brand new. Actually, it isn't. Old and used furniture, very uncomfortable bed, with used matress. Only one night table and reading lamp. 3. The flat is dark and extremely dusty (floor, radiators, doors etc) 4. only one towel per person, no floor towel only an old dirty floor mat 5. we didn't receive instructions how to use the stove for the warm water. As a result, the hot water suddenly finished in the middle of a shower 6. There was water leaking from below the stove for the entire stay. We informed the staff, no reaction
